How can my programs help you?
SDJ Horse training is for you if you want to rehabilitate your horse as constructive, sustainable and comfortable as possible. I am here to help you to understand what your horse with a kissing spine needs and why your horse needs it. I will teach you everything you want to know about kissing spines and everything that comes with it.
In my programs I want you to learn how to train the individual. Not only looking at the body, but also the mind. A horse with a kissing spine is often not only overasked physically, but also mentally. So the training is not just there to help get a healthier body, it's also your job to help overcome mental trauma and regain trust in humans and in the body. But also your mindset and body are very important when training your horse. Not just your horse, also you are forced to deal with this condition you didn't ask for. It's important you receive the right support as well.
By putting together body mechanics and psychology I cover the full pallet of information that you need to help your horse.

Hi, My name is Sabine. I want to start with telling you, I know exactly how you feel. Almost 9 years ago the Arabian Thoroughbred mare Pura came into my life. After buying Pura things already started to become more of a puzzle. But whatever I did she only seemed to get worse.
Not really the development you want to see. She became more tense, she started fleeing at weird things and the longer I worked with her, the more I felt incompent and at a certain point I actually became a bit afraid of riding her.
It was clear her back lacked a lot of muscle and she felt very stiff throughout the body. It was so frustrating for me that I couldn't find any useful information when it came to training the back of the horse. It took me 2 years to find out how to train her in the right way.
